About The Facilitator
Talya Yavuz is the retreat facilitator and certified fasting guide who will accompany you throughout your transformative fasting journey. With over 5 years of experience, Talya is a certified fasting guide, colon and detox specialist, and holistic health and life coach. Her deep passion for understanding the digestive system and its connection to overall well-being stems from her personal journey of overcoming severe digestive issues. Having healed herself from conditions such as fructose intolerance, SIBO, and irritable bowel syndrome through fasting, Talya is now dedicated to helping others experience the healing and transformative powers of fasting. She is particularly fascinated by the profound effects that fasting has not only on the body but also on the mind and spirit. In addition to her work as a fasting guide, Talya is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Nutrition Therapy, deepening her understanding of the connection between digestive health and the psyche. She is committed to integrating this knowledge into her coaching practice, providing holistic support for those seeking to restore balance in their lives.
