Let me invite you for a special week where you will start to learn more about your own body and start the self-healing process in your body. I will teach you very effective sequence of simple yoga exercises created especially for women with hormonal imbalance and in stress. Regular practice of cca 30 minutes sequence of the unique technique, created by Brazilian yoga therapist and psychologist Dinah Rodrigues, gives you the answers for all HOW above.
Hormone Yoga is a dynamic form of Yoga therapy, called Hormone Yoga Therapy (H.Y.T), which objective is to reactivate the hormone production of endocrine glands (ovaries, thyroid, hypophysis, adrenals) and helps women of all ages with all types of hormonal disorders (unpleasant symptoms of menopause, polycystic ovaries, menstrual disorders, premenstrual syndrome, ovarian cysts, difficulty to get pregnant, premature menopause).
Practicing of H.Y.T. is recommended to women from 35 years of age as a prevention due to the ovaries activity which start decreasing and gradually decrease the hormone production of the two main female hormones: estrogen and progesterone.
H.Y.T is also preventing diseases caused by low hormone levels such as osteoporosis, increased predisposition and cardiovascular diseases.

My name is Radka Rosanitsch, I am a Yoga teacher and Yoga therapist, Pilates and Barre workout instructor. I love teaching of motion. Motion is a joy. Teaching is my joyful passion.
I know from my own experience that regular practice of Hormone Yoga Therapy is very effective and fruitful. The level of hormones in the body are adjusted without the need to use for example hormone replacement therapy.
I started practice Hormone Yoga five years ago because of an imbalanced female hormones causing infertility. I was nearly 40 and doctors told me, that the level of hormones in my body is closer to menopause rather than the possibility of pregnancy, and if I get pregnant the natural way without the help of hormonal drugs/ pils, it will be a miracle. So I went for workshop of Hormone Yoga Therapy, I have started to practice the routine almost every day and believed it will help. Not even year later came THE miracle…. I was pregnant! Nowadays I am a happy mom and still keep practicing Hormone Yoga sequence at least four times a week to harmonize the hormonal system, strengthen the immune system and rejuvenates the body.
I am looking forward to each of you who comes to join learn this unique technique (the serie of simple but very effective exercises) during this week and with regular practice you will soon taste the ‘fruit’ itself, your patience and persistency will bring a shiny smile on your face, makes you feeling fresh and youthful, and yours hormonal imbalance or unpleasant menopause symptoms disappear.

During the Day 1-3 we will learn step by step basic techniques, warming up exercises, daily sequence exercises and exercises releasing stress. Day 4 we do morning walking meditation and breathing exercises by the sea. Day 5-7 we will do morning practice of Hormone Yoga sequence and evening Gentle Yoga or Tibetan Rites of Rejuvenation.
After this week you will be able to practice all Hormone Yoga sequence yoourself at home or at any place you like and you feel comfortable. Study materials for home practice are included.

Sub-Vacation offers accommodation for 11 people. It is a house on two levels, each level equipped with a bathroom and kitchen. In a little court yard in front of the yoga-shala you will find a separate bathroom and another little kitchen space with a seating area overlooking the sea.

Each apartment has a separate entrance and parking space is available in front of the house. There is a barbecue fire place behind the building for our guests to use.

Everyday we can organize field trips via boat to islands near by and visit interesting sights of the region.

From the terrace, the open kitchen and the bedrooms you will have a view of the bay and the beautiful sunset at dinner!


Brunch and dinner in one very good restaurant that Yoga Sub-art vacation Razanj cooperate with are really good. It consists of local food, vegetarian, and non-vegetarian. It is located near the venue and has a wonderful sea view.

Ražanj is a small fishing village situated between Primošten and Rogoznica. The beautiful bays , enjoying the beautiful setting of pine forests, beaches and crystal clear waters. Since Ražanj does not have urban facilities, restaurants, or places of entertainment - you can find it in Rogoznica - Ražanj is therefore an ideal place for a quiet holiday in unspoilt nature.
n addition to doing yoga, you can also enjoy a boat tour which costs 10 to 20 EUR per person.
Boat trip

It is a panoramic cruise with a few stations around beautiful islands in Rogoznica archipelago.

We drive to old Trogir that is 2300 years old, continuous urban tradition. Its culture was created under the influence of the ancient Greeks, and then the Romans, and Venetians. in 1997 was inscribed in the UNESCO World Heritage List.

Mulo lighthouse at the entrance to Rogoznica waters belongs to the oldest red lanterns in our seas. Built by the Austro-Hungarian Navy in 1873 at the cliff Mulo north of Ražanj. On the way it is not uncommon to meet dolphins, which is very nice part of that trip.
