This retreat is dedicated to six Indian gods and goddesses, each of them having special qualities. Throughout this week you will have plenty of time to explore each of these qualities and learn more about yourself. You will dive into the world of gods on the second day with Saraswati, the goddess of wisdom, creativity, and arts. Followed by Parvati, the goddess of love, harmony, devotion as well as divine strength and power. On the third day, the god Hanuman stands for fearlessness, self-confidence, daring, and boldness to attempt the impossible and succeed. Ganesha Day will be the next, he is the god of success and the remover of obstacles. Last but not least Lakshmi, is the goddess of beauty, abundance, and wealth. And on our last day Agni, the fire god who represents purification and renewal.


If you have ever experienced a beautiful, demanding Flow Yoga class, you know the wonderful feeling: Energy pulses through your body, you feel alive and free - and at the same time completely relaxed, calm and clear. Especially people who live a more Yang-focused life often only manage to get into this kind of clarity and relaxation by exhausting themselves. They manage to switch off their permanently active head and get into their body, into feeling, into the here and now.

Gentle Yin Yoga is about holding individual asanas longer, relaxing more and more into the posture and really letting go. In Yin or Restorative Yoga, therefore, inner peace (and deep physical relaxation and recuperation) is achieved through external calm. The task here is clear: let go, relax, do nothing.

In our Mindfulness Meditation classes we will focus on the present moment using breathing practices, mental imagery, muscle and body relaxation. Complementary Journaling helps us to focus on the positive and important things in life through targeted notebook entries.


Andrea is an energetic Vinyasa Flow teacher and Nutritionist spreading joy through yoga and healthy food. Teaching from her heart, she believes in supporting and guiding her students to unveil their fullest potential.

Based in vibrant Vienna, Andrea has travelled the world to learn from different teaching techniques in Costa Rica, New Orleans, San Francisco, Bali and London. At the moment Andrea teaches with a special interest in Chakra Vinyasa Flow and is absolutely committed to a balance of active asanas, breath work, restorative practices and meditation.

During this retreat our wonderful chefs Eddie and Tanja will offer you well-balanced, easy to digest meals like Green Smoothies, Ayurvedic Porridge, Indian Dal, Naan Bread, Slow Baked Aubergine, Grilled Veggie Salads with Nuts & Fresh Fruit, Fresh Herbal Tea, Homemade Lemonade, Raw Cakes, Homemade Crackers, RAWvioli, Raw Vegan Cheese and much more!

Their plant-based food will make your eyes, you skin and your soul glow and give you the optimal nourishment for your yoga practice!

Eddie is an international Chef for over 20 years, born & raised in the Philippines, where he got inspired by his grandmother’s cooking. Filipinos have a deeply rooted food culture. They love to celebrate shared meals with family and friends as a way to socialize and enjoy life. This is what inspired Eddie to become a chef - already at the tender age of 7 - he wished to travel the world and make people happy with delicious meals cooked with lots of love.

With a huge motivation to learn and grow, he travelled the globe and spent some years in Cairo, Egypt, studying the enormous variety of oriental herbs and spices, which are never missing in his colorful tasty dishes. He loves to show you that plant-based eating is fun and exciting and how a wholesome diet can make you (and the environment!) feel happy and fully alive.

Tanja is a Yoga teacher, Holistic Health Coach & also loves to cook. She is dedicated to helping her clients feel good about themselves and heal whatever is blocking them from living a fulfilled life. She believes that nourishing food is a big part on her own and her client’s journey - that’s why she loves to prepare healthy, delicious plant-based meals, especially desserts that make you feel and look vibrant.

Tanja loves to create dishes that support yogis in their practice - to feel strong, light and clear minded. Bringing yoga and healthy food together on a retreat and taking care of her guests with love and attention is her biggest joy. Her favorite dishes are Vietnamese Summer rolls, Filipino Pancit, Ayurvedic Porridge, Homemade Pizza and Grilled Melanzani with Pine Nuts - everything made by Eddie of course;)

Day 1 - Arrival & Introduction Session + Three Course plant based Dinner

When you arrive at the beautiful Torekov guesthouse in the afternoon, enjoy a welcome drink and settle into your rooms. Before dinner we gather in the yoga room for our intro talk. During this session, we explore our week’s schedule and program in detail. Enjoy the end of the evening over a delicious three-course welcome dinner.

Day 2 - Saraswati Day

Our creative day, starts with a pre-breakfast yoga session, looking out at the beautiful swedish landscape. Breakfast is followed by some freetime to explore Torekov or to head over to the on-site Art Center to get creative and work with some Clay & Pottery. At 5 pm we meet back for our yin practice at the yoga room. Enjoy the rest of the evening over a delicious dinner by our wonderful chefs.

Day 3 - Parvati Day

On Parvati day, enjoy a heartful pre-breakfast yoga session. In the afternoon you have plenty of free time to explore the countryside. We meet back at the yoga room for our afternoon restorative yoga session infused by a vibrant god & goddess dance session. And of course we end the evening with a lovely dinner at the house.

Day 4 - Hanuman Day

Wake up to a morning Mindfulness Walk & Meditation followed by an outdoor yoga session on the outside terrasse. Breakfast is served right after, so you can recharge. Before we start with our class in the late afternoon you will have plenty of time to relax back at the house, ride your bikes, go for a hike or explore. Relax the rest of the evening over a lovely dinner in Torekov town.

Day 5 - Ganesha Day

Get a good kickstart on Ganesha day with a pre-yoga energy snack followed by a nutritious breakfast. Today you have plenty of time to relax and possibly go for a swim in the afternoon. Before dinner we will head over to the yoga room for an advanced yoga pose workshop.

Day 6 - Lakshmi Day

On the sixth day, we will start with a wellness morning flow, followed by another yummy breakfast. Before we relax at our yoga nidra class in the late afternoon you will have plenty of time to relax back at the house or explore the area. If you want to dive deeper into wellness, we will have an optional wellness session in the afternoon. Refuel the rest of the evening over a delicious homemade dinner at the house.

Day 7 - Agni Day

Be surprised on agni day with a more purifying pre-breakfast yoga session. Before our renewal class in the afternoon you have plenty of time to do you own thing or join us for a seal safari. Dinner will be followed by a gods and goddesses fire circle to help you digest this whole week of self exploration.

Day 8 - Departure & Saying Goodbye

Enjoy a last get together breakfast and hug all your new friends goodbye. Departure until 12 pm.

Not included: flight to and from Copenhagen and train ride for 1 hour 45 minutes to and from Torekov to Copenhagen (around 215 SEK - around 20 € per ride). Trains are operating every hour until 9 pm every day. At the airport in Copenhagen is the train station where they can help you with your ticket!
